Here we had a lot of restoration and waterproofing in store for us and the building. A few complete terrace reconstructions were stripped down to the steel, and rebuilt including rebar, poured concrete, & Kemper waterproofing system. Finished with Decorative stone tiles, New ornamental steel railings, and custom made soffits. This building was a ongoing multiple year project including many facade alterations and modifications. Down from brick corner reconstruction which included steel column reinforcement, to total rebuild from top to bottom. Also Reconstruction Of 5000LB limestone ornamental urn located on upper most roof consisting of piece by piece disassembled and reassembled using custom hoist rigging. Intensive leak detection and repair was a must for this high end building in which we had solved many problem leaks for ongoing years in which other contractors failed to resolve.
